Do we really need to tell you about the excessive usage of smartphones? A modern day human cannot survive an hour without phone. Smartphones penetration would reach 66% in 2018. And as per Apple CEO Tim Cook smartphone revolution is still in early stage. Gone are the days where mobile phones were a luxury as in the modern days, smartphones are like a basic need.
Coming on to the eCommerce, one third of its customers today are through mobile. It doesn’t require heavy studies & surveys that mobile users are on a rapid rise. Thus it makes total sense for any business to penetrate into your customers mobile phones. Almost all the eCommerce sites today make it a point that their website is device friendly. They make their website in such a way that it’s compatible for different devices.
There’s no doubt that it’s a smart step, but there is more to be done. Providing comfort and maximum access to your services/products is the priority approach for every business. And if you can do that in a cost effective way there is no better boon for your business. And to make that possible there is a boon called mobile application.
So what are the reasons your eCommerce needs an app?
It is found that apps are more convenient options for online shopping instead of using a browser. Don’t go by words instead go by the statistics. One of the largest eCommerce giants of the world Alibaba saw an incredible rise of 76% in sales after getting an app. A mobile app allows your user to access all the information on your site without any hassle of sign up or log in. A mobile version of your website is not a click away as claimed by many, but an app is indeed a click away for the user.
The number of users increasing in such miraculous ways is not because of discounts offered but the amount of convenience an app offers.
While opting for online shopping users always prefer payment options to be easy, secure, and fast. Combination of the trio is difficult in case of browser. As there is a third party (Browser) involvement between you and your customer the payment options are also slowed down.
The process of buying here becomes easy, and also the process of selling becomes easier. Payment gateways like Google Pay, Apple Pay, Pay Pal and even putting your card details in you apps is much safer than putting that information on a browser. Also saving financial details on the application seems more convenient and secure way.
As per a study an average user touches his/her smart phone at least 2,617 times in a day. Without spending a single penny on advertisement, user is automatically registering the brand in his/her mind. And similar stats for an excessive user are 5,427 times. So there are very strong chances of the user coming across your app looking at your brand’s icon so many times in a single day. An app is like a virtual store in the pocket of the customer. They can access to it every time they want to, from anywhere. It actually is a very powerful tool for creating loyal customers and nurturing the existing ones.
The fact that it contributes so much to the brand visibility has a lot of substance to it. One major contributing factor is the amount of personalized experience an app offers. Not just in one but various ways. Push notifications based on the buying behavior of the customers urges them to visit the application. Already saved financial details reduces the hassle of putting details every time you shop for something,
Push notifications and personalized messages makes a lot of difference in the mind of the user. It is one of the finest ways of free marketing with value as good as of that you would spend a hefty amount on.
Not just these but there are several other reasons that make a total sense for having an app for your eCommerce site. There are not only marketing benefits but also an app will help you collect data and information on customer behavior. The info and data collected would further help in making strategies for future.

Hiring is not an easy job to begin with, but hiring an application developer or a company to build your app is a tough deal. The problem is not the availability of app developers; they are available in huge numbers. The question is “how to hire the right app developer?” And it gets even more difficult when you look for a developer pertaining to your needs. So again, “How do you arrive at the right developer?”
Before you start looking for a developer, you should know what exactly you want from an app! You must list out the features of your app, and then set them by priority. The purpose, target, functionality of your app is something you really need to work upon. Once you are clear with what exactly you are looking for, then your hunt for the app developer should begin.
Developing an app is not just about coding there is more to it. Of course the best of the coder is your need as it is the base, but that’s not all. Always think of the whole package not just the coding part. The design of the website is also equally important & that’s where the hiring gets even difficult. The user experience is also of the paramount importance for any type of app. Hiring an independent developer for coding only makes sense only when you already have a set team to take care of the design , user interface, and testing part.
Alright we have nothing against amateur developers, but it is totally on you, if you are willing to take a chance with an amateur. But if you are not, then high five as you should then definitely ask about the previous projects of that developer/company. Understand the kinds of apps they have worked on, how much versatility was there in the work. And what was the success average of the apps they have created.
An important factor many developers don’t pay heed to is the testing. Being a perfect coder is right, creating a perfect user interface is also right, but what about the crash test? For instance if you buy a car that’s performs really well, interiors and exteriors are also perfect but it doesn’t have basic security features like air bags, disc brakes would it make sense to you?
As that car will eventually fail in the crash test. Same goes with your apps, design matters, right coding matters, user interface matters, but if it fails in the crash test, it’s a FAIL.
Having an app that works across all platforms is definitely a great deal, or at least on the two major players of the market iOS and Android. And that’s when if the developer is capable of making a hybrid app which should definitely be your choice. This means that developer would be writing one code that works on both applications.
BUT it won’t work for every other app this is imply a BAD idea for a complex application. And for that guidance only a right developer can help you.
The security aspect is and should always be of your prime importance. Your app will be used by people, and people will be sharing sensitive information on the application. It is your responsibility that you take care of the users’ information. And if there are any types of financial transactions involved in your apps which include payment gateways then such a step is must.
Focus on right aspects of your business and you will crack the right deal for your business application. Understanding of your subject and having crystal clear approach towards what you want would bring you in the right hands. It indeed an important decision as at times the success of your application depends on the developer. Making a right choice is tough hence choose wisely.
We learn through our mistakes, but that doesn’t mean you have to make one every time you are trying to learn or getting into something new. It is always a good idea to be prepared and learn before you start.
For instance when you plan to start a website from WordPress there are mistakes of others through which you can learn. Also you can follow our guide and make no mistakes while choosing your theme. WordPress offers you numerous options and it is certainly difficult to choose. You will see so many themes with perfect layouts yet there will be nominal glitches. Many of the options available are free, and others need deep pockets. But again there are so many factors and hundreds of options that can make you go nuts while choosing a theme. If the free theme goes with the kind of content you have, or is it worth spending on that paid theme?
Keeping up with the ever changing technology is definitely not easy but it is very important. As tech changes people’s preferences also change, they might look at your old version as something outdated. It is essential that you look for a theme of latest version, not only that it should be ready to accept updates time to time. And with constant evolution of WordPress CMS (Content Management System) updating your theme time to time will eventually lead to better security measures. As the security aspect of the theme is also of prime importance.
You just can’t ignore this, if your theme is paid or cracked can affect your business in many ways. Cracked or nulled themes are never a good option as they can lead to further complications. There is no one reason for you to avoid cracked themes as there many like malicious codes, incompatibility, no updates, no proper tech support etc. Also when paid versions are available in the market at dead cheap price why go for a hacked version?
With proper tech supports, customizable and complete packages there are no sane reason to go for a cracked version of the WordPress themes.
Well most of us need no convincing on this, as responsiveness is another important factor you have to consider before finalizing a theme. Now that people around the globe use different devices like Phones, Desktops, Tablets for surfing internet. And maximum percentage using a mobile phone indicates that your website should be responsive as per desktop as well as mobile phones. If you want traffic on your website to come from all kinds of users, and you expect huge number of users to land on your website then a responsive theme is a basic prerequisite.
Whenever you are looking for a WordPress theme, always check the plugins. They are like fuel for your websites, thus they help it in running faster, smoother & better. Ability to install new plugins, and use of existing plugins can help you modify your website accordingly. Always look for a theme that supports all popular plugins and some others as well.
Such plugins keeps you up in the race of layout and maintains your pace with the industry.
With so many options of themes available it is indeed difficult to find the right layout for your website. Web world is full of themes with complex layouts, flashy colors, weird animations etc. In some cases you might need them but otherwise they are completely useless.
Also at times people select their websites on the basis of the first/Home page. But a good layout is where all pages are user friendly. Your design should look good but not at the cost of compromising the simplicity & the usability. As at the end of the day user experience is what matters the most, rather than a swanky design.
It is not about just being good at WordPress, even the experts sometimes struggle with the new themes. Thus having a right guide, support forums, clean codes, PSD files are useful. Clean codes and PSD files gives you the upper hand when it comes to modification so that you can further customize the design as and when required.
Support communities are very helpful when you are trying to customize your theme according to your website. Also the developers forums should be providing reliable & professional customer service. An unsupported theme would only increase your problems, always be confident in choosing the right theme. Never be over confident by choosing an unsupported theme.
Last but not the least, how well the theme goes with your business. If you are E-Commerce selling baby products then the theme should be in accordance to your business. You cannot opt for a theme best suited for selling online automobile spare parts. Your website directly represents your brand it should reflect your business in the first look. Use of right fonts for the right kind of the website is very important and other factors like images, colors all these should go well with your business.
It is not an easy job to make, certainly not a decision that you take in the matter of few minutes. There are other things as well that you need to consider before you select a theme. You have to consider the functionality, dependability, appearance et al. It should not only be compatible on multiple devices but also multiple browsers. No matter how much you try you definitely need that geeky expertise for your website.
Wish you a Good Choice!
“If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.” Those are the words of one of the most intelligent man ever existed. Albert Einstein makes you simply question so many things with his brilliance not only in science but in general. Explaining complicated things in a simple way is the true test of intelligence.

So when the question arises ‘What is cloud computing? There can be many definitions, explanations, but there would be rare cases of simple explanation. At times the masters of the fields are the best people to explain about the subject in a simple manner. These people who are experts of various fields and in times to come will be considered as the pioneers of digital revolution in the world. They all have their opinion on the subject of cloud computing. So if such explanations make your understanding of cloud computing easier, you will understand the importance of simplicity as well. And why we are focused on simplicity is because the cloud itself is made to simplify technology.

Apple released their latest iPhone X on November 3, and the news was forest fire. Apples’ launch about any device is a full show with the whole world keeping an eye on it. iPhone X is still in news and not just for its specifications but for a wrong reason this time.
And it is not another legal battle of apple for a patent but IT IS the key future of Face ID being proved unsafe. Yup that would shake the ground of many buyers who have paid so much for the new iPhone. A Vietnam based security firm Bkav released a blog post and a video explaining how they were able to crack the face ID.
They had used composite mask of 3-D-printed plastic, silicone, makeup, and simple paper cutouts and that’s all for the hacking into the apple’s flagship phone. Not just that, irony hitting the apple right in the face is, that the security firm’s mask just cost $150. The demonstration is yet to be confirmed by other security agencies.
Also, an average user need not to panic as the time & effort required for access to someone’s face is much more difficult than it sounds. But what sounds difficult and is not, is the creation of the particular mask for the hack experiment created by Bkav.
At least that’s what they claim in their blog,
“The 1st point is, everything went much more easily than you expect. You can try it out with your own iPhone X, the phone shall recognize you even when you cover a half of your face. It means the recognition mechanism is not as strict as you think, Apple seems to rely too much on Face ID’s AI. We just need a half face to create the mask. It was even simpler than we ourselves had thought.”
Also the claims of Apple’s Senior Vice President Phil Schiller remains just marketing gimmicks instead of word a consumer would trust. Why? Well this is what he said during the Apples’ Keynote in September 2017 (From 1:27:10 to 1:27:26).
“They (Apple engineering teams) have even gone and worked with professional mask makers and makeup artists in Hollywood to protect against these attempts to beat Face ID. These are actual masks used by the engineering team to train the neural network to protect against them in Face ID. It’s incredible!”
In conclusion the claims of apple are not as substantial as they were presented. Yet for an average user it should not be the first concern, as your iPhone X getting snatched being the foremost!
Whenever we wonder of future we think of the changes. Future in many ways synonyms change. It is always hard to see changes especially when they are gradual in nature. But the pace of change in technology remains unnoticed yet when you look back in time it seems like yesterday.
It was not very long back, when companies were trying to learn about the support systems for multiple platforms. They were trying to figure out how to host multiple applications on one device. But the change of tech is there before you realize it. And now in the modern days you just have to look around, and almost all the companies have largely won the battle of change.
You want to know a fun fact? Over 1 billion smartphones and 179 billion mobile applications are downloaded per year. The market of mobile applications is enormous and it is growing so quickly that by the time I will complete this sentence there would be a growth in the business. As the number of mobile users is increasing, the world of app development is also on the rise. But what future holds?
As the change would come the devices would also change, need a for instance? Go back ten years in time and think of the cell phone you were using. And then think of the best phone available in the market in those days. The technology keeps on taking 360 degrees turn in terms of change, and we the present generation are witnessing it the most.
Also the wearable devices are not a thing of future, but almost the present. There are wearable devices in use by the masses. In future they would be so much into use that app development would be done keeping that in mind. The futuristic devices like smart watches, smart jewelry, smart clothes, smart glasses etc. all will be operated by mobile applications. Syncing the information transferred from these devices to mobile phones via apps. And that’s where the role of app developers will come into frame these modern gadgets will strongly influence the app development world.
The purpose of technology is to bring people closer and making their lives easier. The tech should not discriminate at least the tech of the future. The apps in times to come will be compatible for all the platforms. The apps would be developed in such a way that it will not only be compatible to all the platforms, but it would work with same features and functionality. Though in the present days setup of technology it sounds like a huge task. It requires very deep and detailed knowledge of the codes & the complete app development process.
As per Cisco there will be almost 50 billion connected devices by 2020. The kinds of objects it would include are of various kinds. Starting from electronic appliances like TV, refrigerator, LED Bulbs, fans to sports equipment, medical devices etc. All these devices will be run with the help of Applications running on your mobile or tablet. And that’s what internet of things is all about; it literally means what its name says.
Applications on your mobiles would act as a remote controls as well as information centers in your pocket. It will enable the user to make subscriptions in advance, pay for the services & updating object firmware. The daily use things won’t be easy to be left alone in the future tech world. Hence applications on your smart phones would make them remain under your control irrespective of your presence.
The payments made through your mobile using an application as a platform is not future rather present. Increasing popularity of payment platforms like Apple Pay, Google Wallet, PayPal and now even facebook are examples to strengthen our claim. But things will definitely change in the near future. The use of mobile purchases would remain on a rise in the coming years. And the use of credit cards and debit cards would be a thing of past in the times to come. Hence it would require developers to create such apps or create options in the existing apps of other kinds to make mobile purchases possible for the users. Such apps would be definitely needed to be compatible with wearable devices. These wearable gadgets would be much more than just a source of information sharing, data collection, predictive analytics et al.
Another area of growth in the app development industry is enterprise app. It is an effective and futuristic management system for organizations. The enterprise app development is much more productive in terms of revenue than individual app development. Need for such application solutions would increase as they are effective and authentic. From MNC’s to small organizations this management system would be the future of app development industry and other organizations using such tools.
There are other trends in the market as well which also contributes to the future of app development industry. One thing to be kept in mind would be ‘Change’. Not only in the demands but also in process involved in creation. The tech industry is ever changing, who knows it better than a developer? Adapting to change is the key, as the evolution of app development industry is bigger than what you can imagine. All the major businesses planning to get their app developed, definitely needs to keep a tab on these trends to align their app development plan.
Cloud computing might sound very hi-tech and difficult to understand. Yet it can be explained in very simple words. It is the delivery of computing services like storage, networking, software, analytics and servers, etc. on Cloud i.e. basically internet.
In cloud computing data is stored, accessed and shared through internet and over the internet via internet-connected websites. It is indeed the hard disk for your data which is safe & secure in nature. From biggest international banks to your nearest fast food chain everyone is suing cloud computing. There is hardly any industry which is untouched by the cloud computing. From enormous technology oriented industry to your state run bank cloud computing is accepted and trusted by all.
These facts are definitely fascination for virtual world enthusiasts. They clearly shows that the future of Cloud computing is indeed very bright. From the biggest enterprises of the world to a small financial firm, the benefits of cloud computing for both are almost immediate. High level data storage to processing and transfer of data, cloud computing abilities are vast. The insane amount of data that can be stored, transferred, accessed with through cloud computing are numbers bigger than ever. An e-commerce website is nothing but a happening party. Don’t believe me? Well at least that’s what E-commerce giant amazon’s founder Jeff Bezoz believes about it.
“We see our customers as invited guests to a party and we are the hosts.”
The universe of web development is complicated in nature. Development of any kind of website is multi-level project with various aspects. The process of creating an e-commerce site is complex and has challenges of its own nature. As the purpose is to bring the user on your site and buy products is not at all as easy as it sounds. The challenge of the developer is to not only make the site look good but there is so much more to it. From creating intuitive user experience to a responsive design there are many factors that needs to be taken care for an e-commerce site. A developer would make sure they take every effort in the right direction, in order to make the overall experience of the user easy and unique.
When it comes to choosing a Content Management System for your e-commerce site you can always get confused. It is one of the foremost decisions you have to make for the future of your business. And that makes it an utmost important decision. If you are a small business then a custom CMS is not all recommended. As options like Joomla, Magento, Drupal Commerce, are sufficiently capable for running your e-commerce site. Customized CMS options are required only when you are getting into the game in a BIG way. If your e-commerce has lakhs of products and the size of your business is expected to be growing at rapid pace only then customized CMS makes sense. Otherwise for small startup or a small business CMS options (like mentioned above) are definitely a decent option.
A responsive design is a very important factor to be kept in mind for an e-commerce website. The design elements in no way should put off the customers experience on your site. It should be compatible to all kinds of possible devices a customer might be using. Mobile users simply can’t be ignored in the present scenario. As per the statistics by 2017, over one-fourth of e-commerce sales will be made via mobile. Thus it is incredibly important to make sure the user experience on the mobile should also be an important consideration.
For every kind of website security is a very essential area to address. Especially for eCommerce sites which are almost the priority target of the hackers in the web world. As per a survey done by Poneman Research 90% of the respondents said there were cyber-attacks at least once in a year.
There are many measures that you can take for securing your store, but still the best way is to support SSL to encrypt information. It will help you secure the personal details of your customers, like address, contact numbers, credit card details etc. Anyone shopping from online sources like yours shows their trust in your company that their personal information is safe. Ensuring that security to customers through SSL is not only technically right but also a moral responsibility.
Another essential for your eCommerce website is having a responsive and active Customer Service Support system. Giving the visitor mere confidence that their queries will be heard is a game changer indeed. They deserve an answer if something went wrong during their dealing with your website.
This is the area where many eCommerce websites do very well and others fail completely. The options of payment gateways can be many. And that’s why it is always advisable to provide many options for the payments to your visitors.
Research and analysis of the demographics you are targeting is very essential in this area.
The most important thing that you need to keep in mind is that your eCommerce is your shop. It is exactly like somebody walked inside your store for shopping. The only difference would be it is a virtual store and not a physical store. But the ethics should remain same, as it is the complete responsibility of yours to make sure that user experience is smooth, secure, and worth. Many eCommerce outlets do not work as per the ethics and that’s where things go wrong.
For an eCommerce site these are among the priorities that should be kept in mind. Having an eCommerce made is like hosting dinner for almost hundred thousand people. You need to have right quality, quantity and timings. And you certainly need the right chef for it. And we can provide you the right chef!

For those who think App development is not a technique but an art should rather make that cliché scenery of setting sun behind the mountains. Because app development requires deep knowledge of programming and skill set which is technical and not just artistic. When it comes to app development with Android, for those who are already into programming and development there will be things analogous in comparison to what you already know.
But for developing mobile apps you will have different challenges altogether. And that’s what every budding developer needs to understand. It needs mastery of certain nuanced concepts of app development for mobiles. Modern day mobile devices differ on diverse factors like smaller screens, processors with different performance abilities. Another challenge is android has nth number of manufacturers, as a result developer needs to keep the code flexible in order to reach masses and attract a variety of users.
So what exactly are the true ingredients of an android developer? The experts we know have given the list below:
As they say there is no shortcut to success, for successful an app developer there is no way around Java. It is a language all android development is based upon. Java is a popular language for a reason; it incorporates features of many powerful languages while also addressing many drawbacks of such languages. Some core features of Java includes, easy understanding, it’s designed to be platform independent, secure using virtual machines, and it is object oriented. But you need to be more careful when it comes to Java in terms of the way Java handles data types it stricter than others. Developers have to be very thoughtful with their code, it has to exactly define the types of data their application plan to work with.
“You can’t afford to have ambiguity in a mobile environment, and Java makes sure that there’s no confusion about what each component of your application is trying to do,” James Traver
XML stands for “eXtensible Markup Language” It was created as a standard way to encode data for internet-based applications. It defines a set of rules for encoding documents in a format that is legible to both human & machine. It allows information to be passed between devices in a way it can be understood consistently. It shares many features like that of HTML, for instance the angled brackets, the <opening> and </closing> tag types. In the world of Android, developers use XML to create layouts that serve as the foundational UI definition for Android applications. Having the understanding of basics of XML is of utmost importance for Android developers in the present scenario.
It is basically an android software development kit; it includes a comprehensive set of development tools like debugger, libraries, a handset emulator based on QEMU, documentation, sample code, and tutorials. Though Android SDK sounds really fancy but for real it is nothing but a pre-packaged code. The android SDK’s are those modules of Java Code that gives developers access to device functions like camera & accelerometer.
Each Android SDK comes with many components that help in enhancing the productivity when building Android apps.
It is the official Integrated Development Environment, specially designed for android app development. It is based on IntelliJ IDEA. With the IntelliJ’s code developer and editor tools, android studio has further advanced features that enhance the overall procedure of app development. It is a replacement for the Eclipse Android Development Tools (ADT).
App development is not a JigSaw puzzle that you can solve in hours. It is not even a matter of three-four days. Patience is the key that you need to keep with you. App development is a long term goal that requires long term efforts and strategies.
If you are a beginner this is one lesson that can take you places. And if you go by the mantra of spending quality time on your app things will turn out to be better. Developers that we have here at DynaWeb agrees to the fact that patience can let you explore many opportunities & provide an output worth the effort.
‘Haste Makes Waste’, always remember!
Making an application is a task that needs focused efforts, time and most of all technical capabilities. We won’t say if you have the will you will make a great app. If you don’t have the right skill set you will end up making crap instead of an app. There is always a start, every tech major of the industry had a start may be this is your beginning. A successful end always comes with a right beginning.

The wise people always say ‘change is the only constant in life’ and it can’t be put better in the arena of technology. The only thing that has not changed in the tech world is its ever changing phase towards growth and development. Technology is taking over everything like education, healthcare, marketing, travel, in short almost every kind of BUSINESS.
The tech we mean here is nothing but the art of app development that can take your business to new heights. Earlier it was only big budget corporate that reserved the mobile apps for their business. But times have now changed smaller businesses are on record high using mobile apps and serving clients with better results. And it is a win-win situation for both clients and the business. There are several factors that contribute to the popularity of mobile apps being used by businesses. But we have listed out few major reasons, that why you should also consider having an app built for your business.
For how long can you leave your cell phone? Many of us can’t even spend 10 straight minutes without their phone. Imagine having your brand right there on the screens of your customer all the time. It is very simple to understand that if your brand is there on the phone it is very difficult for the user to forget or neglect your brand.
Options like push notifications can also work as a great reminder of your services/product to your client. It is an immediate advantage of yours over your competitors who haven’t already adopted this as a business strategy.
Now that your clients/customers have direct access to your company their experience would also see a drastic change. No matter what concern they have, they can reach you at any time through the app. If you don’t have a 24/7 helpline this would be a great savior to save a customer. In the edu-world several universities let students access exam notifications, admissions, notices, transcripts etc. through a mobile app.
It is that small application which can work as a connection point between you and your customer. Complains, suggestions, orders, queries all can be done through the medium of an application.
With better customer services you will not only be able to sustain your existing customers but also also get new customers. How? People today use mobile phones much more than computers. Majority of users are using phones to browse internet. If you don’t have an app you are losing on a big chunk of people who can be potential buyers.
An app needs promotions; if it goes in right direction it will help you in many options. The modern consumer is quite active on social media like, facebook, twitter, instagram, and chances of getting a customer you never targeted will increase. You will reach out to platforms that you never planned reaching in your business strategies.
An app can be a separate platform for revenue generation. If users can place orders with your application it will automatically become another selling portal. For instance, ordering food, booking tickets for events, movies, opting for services etc. You can also lure new or existing buyers to purchase more by offering special offers.
Not only that you can also in some cases charge for in-app services, not just that, there is more to it as you can also place advertisements in your app and earn through those applications as well. There are many such options but you need to shake hands with right developers for effective results.
Now is the time that every entrepreneur should realize importance of an app. The huge potential benefits it has to offer, needs no more wait for your business. It can be the most powerful tool for your business and can even be major a driving force of your venture. Every industry in the modern world is trying their best to be well connected with its clients/users/customers. An application should be your foremost step towards this new change. But before you take that step you need honest guidance and trust worthy people. Because in this case you have no room for mistakes.
